The Excel Staff Planner is a simple yet powerful tool to aid in the management and administration of staff leave. Therefore not only will the planner track staff holiday (vacation), sickness and training but it also allows you to define up to 10 leave codes of your own (e.g Maternity leave). We can also adapt to the needs of your business by creating custom planners to match your annual leave year cycles, for example from September to August.

This solution has been developed with the user in mind: acknowledging that computer users prefer clean, easy to learn, intuitive interfaces. This is why the Excel Staff Planner has been written in Microsoft Excel; the user has sufficient knowledge of Excel so that they don't need to learn new skills in operating the program. Staff Planner Product Features
The Excel Staff Planner has the following features which give you total control over how you can manage staff leave:
